Travel Services Questions

Geovea focuses on simplifying the travel discovery, planning, and booking process for the consumer and business markets. Geovea organizes travel from beginning to end, one place in the cloud, instantly searchable, and available wherever you go. We provide a visual and map-based catalog of travel ideas and activities. Our platform utilizes an industry-first approach combining simple mouse point and clicks, along with simple drop and drag web technology, allowing “Users” to quickly build map-based trips that are tied to a calendar, and itinerary.

At present, we don’t design personalized trip itineraries for our users. Instead, we offer various tools and inspiration to facilitate a hassle-free travel planning experience for them. Yet, we’ve taken steps to assist users with their trips by developing a catalog of complimentary Trip Ideas and Plans. Users can view, save, and adjust these as per their preferences. Pricing and Plan Questions

Yes, we have a Free Forever plan for the traveler who wishes to try out Geovea or rarely travels. We also have a Standard plan for the occasional traveler, a Professional plan for the frequent traveler, and a Premium plan for the serious traveler and the user who also wants to save past trips. To upgrade your plan, simply go to the Change Plan form and indicate your changes.

It’s easy to cancel your subscription. Simply go to the Change Plan form and indicate your changes.

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.

Who do you support – Consumers, Corporate Businesses, Travel Agencies, etc.? For consumers, we offer a variety of subscription plans that you can view at our Pricing Plans page.

For corporate business travel, we can provide a seamless end-to-end approach for the business traveler, management team, and accounting. Technical Questions

The Trip Planning portal which is the core platform for user trip planning has been designed and optimized for Desktop and Laptops meeting our browser and resolution requirements. On Mobile, we support travel inspiration, trip plan building and mobile navigation. All saved trips can be viewed and modified on Desktop/Laptop and Mobile/Tablet for flexibility.

For Desktop and Laptops, the best minimal resolution size is approximately 1350 W x 850 H in pixels. If some of the content is being cut off, we recommend you adjust the zoom level of the web page from the default “100 %” to something smaller like “75 – 90%”.

  • Add Destinations (up to 25) and unlimited Places
